My On-Call Day...

One word; Tired!! i was so tired at that time,really tired..right after came back from HKL at 6pm, i directly go to the ward, and joined ward round.Gosh, without any rehat laa..and, i was "puasa" that time too,hahaha..

whateva, still need to cover bed esp with the new case from A&E, and i really hope janganla all of them masuk with the same time..but, in term of study, i need them to make me a better doctor! i think i was so exhausted coz do shortcase in HKL..

then, i met a makcik from Johor, came that evening coz need to do surgery operation, laparoscopic adrenalectomy..very good case coz i never meet Conn's adenoma so far..and i supposed to take blood from her, but she got tortous blood vessels laa, need my friend to help me, but both of us pun tak yakin..Finally, doctor came helped me..

I supposed to be in sad-mode le, couldnt do venupuncture, but instead still can smile with friend.

Haha, from cover bed, do procedures, then go to 'sesi bergambar' here..cool ehh??haha. but during this time only meet half of my group, maybe the other half went to A&E..maybe they got nice cases there? dunnolaa...so tired till no semangat go there..

then, at 10pm something, need do blood culture, and Shahir wiiling to do so ( sorry Shahir, i just cant make it laa )..and the Chinese popo (nenek) refused to do so..but pity her laa, came from nursing home ( left by daughter? ).. she kept screaming and 'halau' us..haha,still i cant make joke with it laa..and smile with the candid =)

She allowed us finally, but in the end, tak jadi laa pula, she moved her hand and...haematoma,aiyoo kesian nenek! she dont want and we have to abide it laa. but looking at the efforts we did, wau can see it from Shahir face..next time ehh Shahir..

Oh ya, one of my groupmates here, Shahid ( different people yah ), is so good in taking blood, he helped me too in my second patient. even before that,he helped others. damn good la him, i calll him "dewa" or " god of taking blood"..just give any angles of vessel, he can make it...hahaha, u r really good la Matrock!!

That night, all of us cant make it laa, ambik darah..see Shahir ( with facial mask ) so kecewa..the rest pun i supposed but we were smile for candid..=)

then, right before we left,need to take blood from other makcik again..and just beside her, got my patient which i took blood last week. she is so weak, bed-bounding and was so thirsty, so Shaira went give water to her..i suddenly remember as Dr.Joseph told me the day earlier, " u should be caring towards ur patient in the first place"..hm,really make me to stop and think for a while la..yeah,guess its true....
